FAQ & Trust Center

What Immense Click sells, how each service is priced, what happens after a purchase or a quote request, and how your information is handled. Every answer below is grounded in a published policy, in the way the platform is actually built, or in an approved service description — and where something is not available yet, it says so.

What you can verify for yourself

  • 13 controlled documents, published in full. Every policy that governs an Immense Click service is readable without an account, without cookies and without JavaScript, each with its own stated version and effective date, alongside the original signed PDFs. Open the document library.
  • Explicit pricing basis on every service. Each service states whether it is a fixed price, a starting-from figure, assessment-led or quoted to the requirement. A service that cannot honestly be priced in advance shows no figure at all rather than a placeholder.
  • Your session never leaves the server. Sign-in is handled by the Immense Click API, which issues HttpOnly cookies; no access token is ever placed in browser storage, and optional Google and Microsoft sign-in are used for identity only.
  • Consent is granular and revocable. The cookie banner distinguishes necessary, analytics, marketing and preference storage. Optional analytics only loads after it is granted, and every decision is recorded with the policy version it was made under. Cookie Policy · Consent History.
  • Immense Click does not sell personal information. Stated in the Privacy Policy, which also sets out the data export and account deletion routes.
  • One canonical, HTTPS-only address. Everything is served from https://immenseclick.com; the www host redirects there permanently.

About Immense Click

What Immense Click is, what it sells, and how to check what you are buying.

What is Immense Click?

Immense Click is a professional services and learning business. It operates as one connected platform across three areas: Marketing services, Consulting and technology services, and professional Learning.

The controlled Terms of Service set out the full list of services that may be provided and state that availability varies by market.

What services does Immense Click provide?

Three routes, each with its own published catalogue:

  • Marketing — audits of the current marketing position, strategy design, social posting automation, landing-page work, AI SEO/GEO audit and implementation, and policy/governance documentation development. See the Marketing catalogue.
  • Consulting and technology — workflow automation, cross-application data integration, business process mapping, document and approval workflows, AI workflow integration, and multi-application integration, each split into an assessment and an implementation. See the Consulting catalogue.
  • Learning — structured self-paced courses and series. See Learning.

Every service in the catalogue states the problem it addresses, what is delivered, what is excluded, how it is priced and whether a meeting is required.

Who are your services for?

Organisations and professionals who need a specific piece of work done properly: a marketing position understood before money is spent on it, a manual process automated, two systems made to exchange data reliably, or governance documentation that matches how a business actually operates.

Accounts and purchases require you to be at least 18 and to have the legal capacity to enter into the Terms of Service. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

How can I verify what I am purchasing?

Four things are published rather than described on request:

  • Each service page states its deliverables, what is included, what is NOT included, the prerequisites, the information and access we will need, the expected process and the pricing basis.
  • The policies that govern each service are published in full, with their own version and effective date, alongside the original approved PDFs. Open the document library.
  • The pricing basis is explicit. A service with a published fixed fee shows it. A service that cannot be priced responsibly before scope is understood shows no figure at all, rather than a placeholder number.
  • Nothing becomes binding from a website form. An engagement begins only when it is expressly accepted — see Orders and Service Engagements.

If something on a service page is unclear or looks inconsistent with a policy, say so in an enquiry. The policy wins, and the page gets corrected.

How does Immense Click communicate its terms and policies?

Every controlled document is published as a permanent public page under /legal/, readable without an account, without accepting cookies and without JavaScript, and each one links to the original approved PDF it was transcribed from. The document library lists all of them.

Each document states its own version and effective date. Service-specific terms supplement the general Terms of Service, and where a signed proposal or statement of work conflicts with the general website terms for a particular engagement, the signed document controls for that engagement.

Working with us

What happens after an enquiry, a purchase or a quote request, and how scope, timelines and revisions work.

What happens after I purchase a service?

Online purchase of a service is not available yet, so nothing is purchased from this website today.

The route that does work is an enquiry. You describe the requirement; we confirm in writing what is in scope, the fee, the basis of the fee, the indicative timescale and what we need from you. Work begins after that is agreed.

An enquiry, a proposal request or a booking request is not itself an acceptance of an engagement. Under the Terms of Service, an engagement may become binding when we accept the order, confirm the purchase, receive required payment, execute a proposal or statement of work, or otherwise expressly accept it.

What happens after I request a quote?

In order:

  • We read the requirement and come back with any questions needed to scope it. For some services that conversation is a short meeting; the service page says which.
  • For work that cannot be scoped responsibly from a description alone, we propose an assessment first and quote the assessment, not the implementation.
  • You receive a written scope and fee. It states what is included, what is excluded, the revision allowance and the indicative timescale.
  • Nothing is binding until it is expressly accepted, and no work starts before that.

A quote is for you and your requirement. It is not published anywhere, and it is not stored in the public content system that drives this website.

What information will you need from me?

It differs per service, and each service page lists it under "Information and access we need" and "Customer prerequisites" — so you can see the dependency before you commit, not after.

In general, the Consulting Services Terms ask for reasonably necessary information, access, approvals, feedback, personnel availability, documents, credentials and decisions, and note that delays caused by missing dependencies may affect project schedules.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential records through the website enquiry form. Anything sensitive is arranged through an appropriate route once an engagement is in place.

How do project timelines work?

Where a service has a typical duration, the service page shows it as an indicative turnaround. It is a realistic expectation for the described scope, not a countdown that starts when you send an enquiry.

The Consulting Services Terms state that project dates are estimates unless expressly identified as binding deadlines, and that client delays, third-party dependencies, scope changes, force majeure or missing approvals may alter them.

Are timelines guaranteed?

No — not unless a specific date is expressly identified as a binding deadline in writing for your engagement.

That is not a hedge for its own sake. Most of this work depends on inputs we do not control: access being granted, a question being answered, a third-party platform or API behaving, an approval arriving. A date presented as a guarantee while those dependencies sit with someone else would not be a real commitment.

What is committed is the process: you get an indicative timescale in the written scope, and you are told promptly if something changes it and why.

How do revisions work?

Where a service includes a set number of revisions, the service page states the number and what a revision covers. A revision refines the agreed deliverable; it is not a route to a different deliverable.

Deliverables are limited to those expressly included in the agreed scope, and additional revisions, meetings, research or services outside scope may require additional fees — see Consulting Services Terms and Marketing Services Terms.

How will we communicate during an engagement?

Scope, fees and acceptance are always confirmed in writing. Day-to-day communication and review points are agreed with you at the start of the engagement, and the services that include a meeting say at which stage it happens.

A signed-in project workspace exists on the platform for Marketing and Consulting engagements, covering requests, milestones, deliverables, approvals and messages. It is reached from your account once an engagement has been set up for you; it is not something you can self-provision from the public website.

What happens if a proposed implementation is not feasible?

You are told, with the reason, and you are not charged for an implementation that cannot be delivered.

This is the main reason the Consulting catalogue separates an assessment from an implementation. The assessment is the paid piece of work that establishes whether something is practical, what it would take, and what it would cost. Its output is useful even when the answer is "not this way": it will say what does work, what the blockers are, and what a smaller or different change would achieve.

Where a recommendation depends on software, platforms, vendors, APIs or external suppliers, their availability and their decisions are outside our control — stated in Third-Party Dependencies.

Can I cancel or pause an engagement?

Cancellation and refund treatment is governed by the Refund Policy and by the applicable statement of work. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

Marketing campaigns may also be paused where invoices are overdue, required approvals are missing, advertising accounts are unavailable, a campaign presents a legal or platform-policy risk, or necessary dependencies have not been provided — see Pausing or Terminating Campaigns.

Nothing in any of this removes a cancellation, cooling-off, refund or other consumer right that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

Marketing services

Audits, strategy, posting automation, landing pages, AI SEO/GEO and policy documentation.

What is a Marketing Status Audit?

A structured review of where your marketing actually stands: the channels in use and their current state, how the business is positioned and described, the technical and public-facing presence, what is being measured and whether the measurement can be trusted.

The output is a written audit with findings and a prioritised list of what to address first and why. It is a decision-making document, not an implementation — it deliberately produces a plan you could hand to someone else.

See the Marketing Status Audit.

Related services: Marketing Status Audit

What does Marketing Strategy Design include?

Work on the decisions that sit above campaigns: which audiences to address, how the business is positioned against alternatives, the message, which channels are worth operating, what is deliberately not being done, and how progress will be judged.

It is assessment-led and a meeting is required. Designing a strategy from a written brief alone produces something plausible rather than something usable — the constraints that matter usually surface in conversation.

See Marketing Strategy Design.

Related services: Marketing Strategy Design

What is social posting automation?

Automation and integration work: a publishing schedule, a content pipeline, approval steps where you want them, connections between the systems you already use, and reporting on what was published.

It is not audience growth, and it is not sold as growth.

What it removes is manual, repetitive publishing effort and the inconsistency that comes with it. What happens to reach, followers or engagement afterwards depends on your content and on platform decisions nobody outside those platforms controls — the Marketing Services Terms are explicit that viral reach, platform distribution and impressions are not guaranteed.

What is AI SEO / GEO?

GEO — generative engine optimisation — is the practice of making public content readable, unambiguous and well-structured for AI systems that summarise and answer questions, alongside conventional search engines.

In practice that means the same disciplines that have always mattered, applied deliberately:

  • content that answers a real question directly, in language a machine can parse without guessing
  • a clean, crawlable technical surface: correct status codes, one canonical URL per page, substantive HTML rather than an empty shell that only renders after JavaScript
  • structured data that reflects what is actually on the page
  • internal linking that makes the relationship between pages explicit
  • removing contradictions between what different pages claim

None of that is a mechanism for being cited. It removes the reasons a system would skip or misread your content.

Related services: AI SEO / GEO Audit, AI SEO / GEO Implementation

Can you guarantee Google rankings?

No.

Search engines independently determine crawling, indexing, ranking, snippets, AI summaries and local results. SEO work is intended to improve relevant technical, content, authority and discoverability signals, but it cannot guarantee a specific ranking — this is stated in the Marketing Services Terms, which also record that rankings, traffic and impressions are not guaranteed.

Anyone guaranteeing a position is either buying ads, targeting a phrase nobody searches for, or not telling you the truth.

Related services: AI SEO / GEO Audit, AI SEO / GEO Implementation

Can you guarantee inclusion in AI-generated answers?

No.

Whether an AI system retrieves, quotes or cites a page is decided by that system, using models and retrieval rules that change without notice and are not published. There is no submission process and no guarantee to give.

What the work does is remove the technical and editorial reasons a system would ignore or misread your content: thin or JavaScript-only pages, duplicate and contradictory copy, missing or false structured data, broken canonicals, and claims that cannot be substantiated.

Related services: AI SEO / GEO Audit, AI SEO / GEO Implementation

What is included in landing-page work?

Design and build of the page itself: structure, copy direction, layout, responsive behaviour, accessibility basics, and the form or call-to-action the page exists for.

Hosting, domains and ongoing maintenance are not included unless a written scope says so, and neither is advertising spend. The service page lists the exclusions explicitly.

See Landing Page Design.

What policy and governance documents can Immense Click develop?

Privacy policy documentation, terms-of-service documentation, cookie and marketing-consent documentation, and a consolidated legal, privacy and service governance compendium covering a whole organisation.

This is policy documentation development, not legal advice. Immense Click is not acting as your lawyer, and the Terms of Service state plainly that, unless expressly agreed in writing, we are not acting as your lawyer, accountant, regulated investment adviser or other regulated professional. The Consulting Services Terms say the same about regulated legal, tax, investment, medical and accounting services.

What is delivered is implementation-oriented drafting: documents that describe what your systems, integrations and marketing actually do, structured so they can be reviewed by a qualified adviser and then published and maintained. Where a document needs legal sign-off, you should have it reviewed by a qualified adviser before publication.

Consulting services

Assessments, workflow and integration implementation, AI workflows, and how system access is handled.

What kinds of workflows can you automate?

The recurring, rule-based ones that currently depend on somebody remembering: moving information between systems, producing and circulating a document, routing something for approval, generating a recurring report, keeping two records in step, triggering a notification when a state changes.

What is deliberately not automated is judgement. A good automation keeps the decision with a person and removes the clerical work around it, which is also what makes it safe to operate when something unexpected arrives.

Feasibility is established by an assessment rather than assumed up front — Workflow Automation Assessment.

Related services: Business Process Mapping, Document & Approval Workflow Automation, Workflow Automation Assessment, Workflow Automation Implementation

Can you connect applications we already use?

Often, yes — and that is the question the integration assessment answers for your specific systems rather than in general.

What determines it:

  • whether each application exposes an API, an export, a webhook or a supported integration point
  • whether your licence tier includes that access — this is a common blocker and is worth checking early
  • whether the data in the two systems can actually be matched reliably (a shared identifier, or a rule that produces one)
  • how often the data has to move, and what happens when one side is unavailable

We do not commit to an integration before those answers exist. Where a supported route does not exist, the assessment says so and sets out the alternatives, including the ones that are not software.

Related services: Cross-Application Data Integration Assessment, Document & Approval Workflow Automation, Multi-Application / Multi-Division Integration, Systems & Data Integration Implementation

How do you approach cross-application data integration?

Assessment first, implementation second, and never the other way round.

  • Assessment — what data exists, where it is authoritative, how records can be matched, what the integration points genuinely support, what the failure modes are, and what it will take.
  • Implementation — build the integration, including what happens when it fails: retries, duplicate protection, and a record of what moved and when.

One rule shapes the design: exactly one system is authoritative for each piece of data. Two systems that both believe they own the same field will eventually disagree, and no amount of synchronisation resolves that afterwards.

Related services: Cross-Application Data Integration Assessment, Multi-Application / Multi-Division Integration, Systems & Data Integration Implementation

Will you need access to our systems?

For most Consulting work, some access is needed — but it is scoped and agreed with you, never assumed. Each service page lists what it needs under "Information and access we need".

The principle applied is least privilege and shortest duration: read-only where reading is enough, a sandbox or test environment where one exists, access limited to the systems in scope, and removal at the end of the engagement.

The Consulting Services Terms record that the client provides reasonably necessary access and credentials, and that each party will use reasonable safeguards for confidential information received in connection with the engagement.

Related services: AI Workflow Integration, Cross-Application Data Integration Assessment, Document & Approval Workflow Automation, Multi-Application / Multi-Division Integration, Systems & Data Integration Implementation, Workflow Automation Assessment, Workflow Automation Implementation

How is sensitive access handled?

Practically, and with your own controls rather than ours:

  • access is requested for named systems and a stated purpose, not as blanket administrator rights
  • credentials are issued by you through your own identity and access management, so you can see and revoke them
  • shared credentials are avoided wherever your systems support individual accounts, because a shared one cannot be attributed or cleanly revoked
  • production data is not copied out of your environment where the work can be done inside it
  • access ends when the engagement does, and you should verify the removal yourself

Where a more specific arrangement is needed, an NDA or engagement agreement controls over the general terms — Confidentiality.

Related services: AI Workflow Integration, Multi-Application / Multi-Division Integration, Systems & Data Integration Implementation

What happens when an integration is technically impractical?

The assessment says so, in writing, with the reason — and that is a successful outcome for an assessment, not a failed one. It costs a fraction of an implementation and it stops you paying for one that cannot work.

It will also set out what is possible instead, which is usually one of:

  • a narrower integration that covers the cases that actually matter
  • a scheduled export/import where a live connection is not supported
  • a change to the process rather than to the software
  • a different tool in the chain, with the switching cost stated honestly

No implementation is quoted until something workable has been identified.

What is discovery, or an assessment?

A defined, separately-scoped piece of paid work whose deliverable is a decision-ready document rather than a running system.

An assessment establishes what exists now, what is genuinely possible, what it would take, and what it would cost — and it belongs to you. You can act on it with us, act on it with someone else, or decide not to act at all.

It exists because the alternative is worse: quoting an implementation from a description produces either a padded estimate that protects the supplier, or an optimistic one that fails halfway through.

Pricing

Why some services are fixed-price, why others are quoted, and what is and is not included in a fee.

Why do some services have fixed prices?

Because their scope is genuinely fixed. An audit or an assessment has a defined method and a defined deliverable, so the effort can be predicted and a single fee is honest for both sides — you know what you are committing to, and we are not padding an estimate to cover unknowns.

Where a service in the catalogue is priced as a single fixed fee, the service page says so. Where the current figure has not yet been published, the fee is confirmed in writing before any work begins, and the page says that rather than showing a number that is not approved.

Why do some services require a quote?

Because their effort is determined by your environment, not by our method. An implementation depends on how many systems are involved, what those systems support, how clean the existing data is, how many exceptions the process has, and who has to approve what.

A published figure for that kind of work would be a guess, and a guess in a price list is either too high for the simple cases or a source of change requests for the complex ones. Quoting it means the number you receive describes your requirement.

A quote-required service never displays a price on this website — not a "from" figure, and not a zero.

Related services: AI SEO / GEO Implementation, Multi-Application / Multi-Division Integration, Systems & Data Integration Implementation, Workflow Automation Implementation

What does "starting from" mean?

It is the fee for the smallest published version of that service — the lowest tier, with the scope the page describes for that tier. It is a floor, not an estimate of what your project will cost.

Anything beyond that tier changes the figure, and the written scope states the actual fee before anything begins. Where a service is presented this way, the page shows the qualifier and the figure together, never the figure alone.

Is an assessment charged separately?

Yes. An assessment is its own service with its own fee and its own deliverable, and it is not a free pre-sales exercise.

That is deliberate. An assessment that is bundled into an implementation quietly pressures its own conclusion towards "yes, proceed". Paid for separately, it is free to conclude that the implementation should be smaller, different, or not done — which is frequently the most valuable thing it can tell you.

Where an assessment and a following implementation are commissioned together, any relationship between the two fees is stated in the written scope.

Related services: AI SEO / GEO Implementation, AI Workflow Integration, Cross-Application Data Integration Assessment, Legal, Privacy & Service Governance Compendium Development, Marketing Strategy Design, Workflow Automation Assessment

Will I know the price before implementation begins?

Yes. No work starts before the fee and the scope are agreed in writing.

Under the Terms of Service you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout or agreed in a proposal, invoice, order form or statement of work — and an engagement becomes binding only when it is expressly accepted. There is no mechanism by which work proceeds at an unagreed price.

Where scope changes during an engagement, the change and its effect on the fee are agreed before the additional work is done.

Are taxes included?

Unless expressly stated otherwise, quoted fees exclude applicable taxes. This is stated in Pricing and Payment, which also records that payment-provider charges may apply, that foreign exchange rates may affect your final charge, and that third-party expenses are not included unless expressly identified.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, withholding obligations or similar charges applicable to you, except taxes imposed directly on Immense Click’s income.

Which specific taxes apply depends on where you are and on your own status, so a written scope states the tax treatment for your engagement rather than this page asserting a rate.

Is advertising spend included in a marketing fee?

No. Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertising and media spend is separate from Immense Click’s management or professional fees — Advertising Spend.

Platform spend may be paid directly by you, through your own advertising account, or under another arrangement identified in writing. Keeping it in your account is usually better for you: you retain the billing relationship, the history and the ability to stop it.

Payments

How a service is paid for today, and what is not available yet.

Can I pay for a service online?

Not yet. Online payment for Marketing and Consulting services is not available on this website.

There is no checkout, no payment button and no card form on any service page, and none of the catalogue pages will ask you for payment details. If you ever see one claiming to be Immense Click, treat it as fraudulent.

Today a service is commissioned by enquiry: the fee and scope are confirmed in writing, and payment arrangements are set out in that written scope or invoice.

How will payments be processed when they go live?

The Terms of Service state that payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, that Immense Click does not intend to store complete payment-card credentials, and that using a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

Beyond that, this page will not describe a payment experience that does not exist yet. The answers about accepted methods, payment confirmation, invoice delivery and failed payments are written and held unpublished until the capability is genuinely live.

Where is the refund policy?

Published in full as a controlled document: Refund Policy. It covers online courses, live courses and cohorts, Consulting services, Marketing services, digital downloads, duplicate and incorrect charges, technical problems, refund method, chargebacks and how to request a refund.

Fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable except where mandatory law or a written agreement provides otherwise, and advertising spend and third-party charges are subject to their own provider rules. Nothing in the terms removes a refund or cancellation right that applicable law does not permit you to waive — Refunds and Cancellations.

Meetings

When a meeting is required, when it is optional, and how one is arranged.

Does every service include a meeting?

No, and each service page states which of the three applies to it:

  • Meeting required — the work cannot be done properly without one. Strategy design is the clearest example: the constraints that shape a strategy rarely survive being written down in a form.
  • Meeting optional — offered, usually at the delivery review, and genuinely optional. Declining it does not reduce the deliverable.
  • No meeting needed — the service runs from written inputs.

Where a meeting is included, the page also states at which stage it happens and its indicative duration.

How do I book a meeting?

There is no self-service booking calendar on this website, and no automated scheduling.

A meeting is arranged by agreement after an enquiry: send an enquiry describing the requirement, and a time is arranged with you directly.

Automated booking is a later roadmap phase. Until it exists, this page does not pretend otherwise — and no staff calendar or availability is published anywhere on this site.

Is a meeting charged separately?

A meeting that a service includes is part of that service’s fee. An initial enquiry conversation to establish what you need is not charged.

Additional meetings beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees, as set out in Deliverables.

Privacy and security

How account information, consent and project material are handled.

How is account information protected?

Concretely, and only what is actually implemented:

  • Sign-in is handled by the Immense Click API, not by the browser. The session is issued as HttpOnly cookies, so no access token is ever placed in browser storage where a script could read it.
  • Where you choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, that provider is used for identity only. Immense Click receives no access to your mail, files or contacts, and a sign-in can never grant an administrative role.
  • Everything is served over HTTPS from one canonical host, with security response headers set at the edge and a same-origin framing restriction.
  • Every page that shows personal information is marked not-indexable both in its own source and at the server, so an account or privacy page cannot be picked up by a search engine.
  • Signed-in areas run under database row-level security: a signed-in account can read its own records and cannot grant itself access, an entitlement or a role.

What is collected and why, how long it is kept, and your rights over it are set out in the Privacy Policy.

No security claim on this page goes beyond a control that is implemented. Where something is partial, it is not described as complete.

Why do I need an account for some actions?

Because some things must be tied to a verified identity to be safe: course access and progress, an engagement’s project workspace, your consent and marketing-preference history, a data export, and account deletion.

Browsing does not require an account. The whole public catalogue, every service page, this FAQ, the course catalogue and all thirteen controlled legal documents are readable with no account, no cookie consent and no JavaScript.

Unsubscribing from marketing email also deliberately works without signing in, because an unsubscribe link has to work straight from an email client — see Unsubscribe Policy.

How do I access the Privacy documents?

They are permanently public. The Privacy Policy is published in full as a web page and as the original approved PDF, and the document library lists it alongside the cookie, data export, account deletion, marketing consent, unsubscribe and consent history documents.

No account, no cookie acceptance and no JavaScript are needed to read any of them, and the published web text is verified against the approved PDF at build time so the two cannot drift apart.

Does Immense Click sell customer data?

No. Immense Click does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

That is stated in the Privacy Policy, which also sets out how to request a data export or account deletion.

How is sensitive project information handled?

Project material stays in the private systems that hold engagement data. It never goes into the content system that publishes this website.

That separation is architectural rather than procedural, and it is worth being direct about why: the content system behind these public pages is a deliberately public dataset. Anything stored in it is world-readable. So it holds only the published catalogue and these answers — never a customer name, a quote, an invoice, a project record, staff availability or an access credential.

Client strategy, credentials, unpublished campaigns and non-public performance information are handled subject to applicable confidentiality obligations — Confidentiality and Confidentiality.

Ownership and confidentiality

Who owns what, what stays confidential, and how third-party licences are treated.

Who owns the deliverables?

It depends on the type of material, and the controlled terms are specific about it:

  • Your pre-existing materials remain yours.
  • Immense Click’s pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, templates, tools, know-how, automation systems and reusable materials remain Immense Click’s.
  • For client-specific deliverables, ownership or licensing is determined by the applicable statement of work. Upon full payment, client-specific deliverables may be used by you as specified in that engagement.
  • Any transfer of ownership must be expressly agreed in writing.

See Consulting Services Terms — Intellectual Property and Marketing Services Terms — Intellectual Property. If a specific ownership arrangement matters to you, raise it before the scope is agreed, since that document is what determines it.

Related services: Cookie, Marketing Consent & Governance Documentation, Landing Page Design, Legal, Privacy & Service Governance Compendium Development, Privacy Policy Documentation Development, Terms of Service Documentation Development

What happens to materials I provide?

You retain ownership of your pre-existing materials and you authorise Immense Click to use them to perform the engagement. You also confirm you have the necessary rights to provide them.

For marketing work that matters in a specific way: you represent that you have appropriate rights to the trademarks, images, footage, databases, mailing lists, testimonials, music and text you supply, and you are responsible for the factual and legal accuracy of claims about your own products, prices, qualifications and offers. Immense Click may refuse a claim or campaign that appears materially deceptive or unlawful — Client Assets.

Is my project kept confidential?

Each party will use reasonable safeguards for confidential information received in connection with the engagement, and a more specific NDA or engagement agreement controls over the general terms.

On publicity specifically: confidential client information is not publicly disclosed merely for promotional purposes, and any use of your protected trademarks, confidential project details or non-public results as a case study should be subject to appropriate permission — Portfolio Use.

There are no client logos or testimonials on this website.

How are third-party licences handled?

Where work depends on a third-party platform, library, API, font, stock asset or subscription, the licence and any fee for it are identified in the written scope. Third-party expenses are not included in a quoted fee unless expressly identified.

Where a subscription or account is needed to operate what we build, it is normally taken in your name so the licence, the billing relationship and the ability to end it stay with you.

Third-party availability and decisions remain outside our control — Third-Party Dependencies and Third-Party Platforms.

Learning

Courses, series, accounts, access and progress.

What does Immense Click Learning offer?

Structured, self-paced courses organised into modules and lessons, and series that group related courses into a deliberate order rather than an unconnected resource library.

Browse the course catalogue or browse the series. Both are public: you can see every published course, its curriculum outline, its instructors and its price before creating an account.

Do I need an account to browse courses?

No. The catalogue, each course page and the full module and lesson outline are public and readable without signing in.

An account is needed to enrol, to watch lesson video, to have progress remembered, and to take part in module discussion.

How is course video protected?

Video for a non-preview lesson is delivered through a dedicated streaming provider and requires a signed, short-lived playback token that the server issues only after it has checked that your account is entitled to that lesson. The streaming provider itself refuses unsigned playback, so a leaked identifier is not access.

Playback is also bound to a registered device and to a concurrent-session limit, both of which you can see and manage from your account.

Preview lessons are deliberately open, which is why they are marked as previews.

Is my course progress saved?

Yes, for signed-in enrolled learners. Lesson progress and completion are recorded against your account, so you can resume where you stopped, and completion is derived from the required lessons of a course.

Progress is private to you. It is stored in the platform database under row-level security, not in the public content system, so no other learner and no crawler can read it.

What is a Series?

An ordered grouping of courses that forms a pathway. A course can belong to no series, one series, or several, and a series is an editorial and navigational construct only — it carries no separate purchase or access meaning.

Browsing a series never requires enrolment, and removing a course from a series does not affect the course or anyone’s enrolment in it.

What governs course purchases and access?

The Course Terms, which cover enrolment, the course licence, course materials, availability, progress, certificates, academic integrity, results, live sessions, refunds and termination — supplementing the general Terms of Service.

Course discussion is additionally subject to the Community Rules.

Note also that paid courses, proprietary materials, reports, templates and recordings may not be used to train, fine-tune, benchmark or populate an AI model or commercial dataset without written permission — Automated Access, Scraping and AI Training.
