Members
People who want to learn from a practitioner and from each other — with sessions in their own timezone and a clear place to start rather than an unexplained feed.
ImmenseCommunity
ImmenseCommunity gives creators, coaches and corporate experts one place for discussion, live sessions, resources and members — and gives members a community that is worth returning to rather than another feed to mute.
What it is
Immense Click works as Customer Retention Experts, and a community is one of the most durable retention instruments there is: it is where a one-time customer becomes a returning participant, and where a coach or a brand keeps a relationship alive between purchases.
That shapes the product. The coach-facing analytics measure returning members, inactivity, onboarding completion and cohort retention rather than raw activity. The member experience opens on a clear starting point rather than an unexplained feed. And nothing in it rewards posting volume for its own sake.
Who it is for
A member's experience and a creator's experience are designed separately and deliberately. Neither is a compromise made to fit the other.
People who want to learn from a practitioner and from each other — with sessions in their own timezone and a clear place to start rather than an unexplained feed.
Practitioners running a paid or free community: sessions, resources, discussion and member management in one place, with a coach console built for the job rather than bolted on.
Specialists running cohorts or expert groups for a business audience, where Microsoft Teams and a corporate calendar are the reality rather than an afterthought.
Organisations using community as a retention instrument — keeping a relationship alive between purchases, and hearing from customers directly.
What is inside
One discussion feed, organised into spaces, with announcements a coach controls and a clear Start Here for a new arrival.
Live sessions with recurrence, shown in each member’s own timezone, with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, a custom secure link, or an in-person address.
Add a session to Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar with a standards-based download, so it lands in the calendar a member already checks.
Resources, links, files, recordings and selected Immense Click Learning content, organised rather than scattered through a feed.
Who is in the community, with each member controlling what they show. No email addresses, ever.
Nine independent switches per community. A member is addressed directly by default and left alone about ambient activity.
Reporting, a review queue, warnings, suspension and removal — with an audit trail and nothing hard-deleted.
A coach-facing view of returning members, inactivity, onboarding completion and cohort retention. Counted facts with stated definitions, not an opaque score.
Sessions
A session is stored as an absolute moment in time plus the timezone the coach chose, so a weekly call keeps its local hour when the clocks change instead of quietly moving for everyone. Members see every session in their own timezone.
Coaches can use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, a custom secure link, or an in-person address. Microsoft Teams matters more than it might appear: it is where most corporate coaching actually happens, and community products routinely leave it out.
A joining link is treated as a credential. It is never published, never in a sitemap, never in public page source, and is released only to an authorised member of that community.
Library and Learning
A community Library holds resources, links, files and recorded sessions, and it can point at existing Immense Click Learning courses and series. It links to them; it does not copy them, and it does not keep a second record of who has completed what.
There is therefore exactly one answer to whether a person has finished a lesson, and one place that decides whether they are entitled to it.
Privacy
Discussion, members, sessions and resources are membership-only by default and are not indexed by search engines. A creator can choose to publish a public page for their community; when they do, it shows the community’s name, description, topic and rules — never member posts, never the members list, never a meeting link.
Members control their own visibility too: appearing in the members directory is a choice, a headline is shown only if you elect to show it, and an email address is never displayed to anybody.
Membership
The membership model supports free communities, subscriptions, freemium and tiered membership, and creators will eventually be able to choose between a revenue-share arrangement and a platform subscription.
Paid membership is not available yet. Payment processing is not currently active on Immense Click, so no community can charge for membership and no creator payouts are made. The plan structures described above are architecture, prepared so that activation is a commercial decision rather than a rebuild. We would rather say this plainly than let a page imply a checkout that does not exist.
For creators and coaches
Creator onboarding is a guided checklist: create your profile, describe your expertise, create and brand the community, set the rules, create your first space, write a starting post, schedule your first session, preview it exactly as a member will see it, then publish. A community stays a private draft until you choose to publish it.
