What it is
ImmenseCommunity is where Immense Click’s work as Customer Retention Experts becomes a product a customer can use rather than only a service we deliver. A community is one of the most durable retention instruments there is: it is where a one-time buyer becomes a returning participant, and where a coach keeps a relationship alive between purchases.
That shapes the product rather than decorating it. The creator-facing analytics measure returning members, inactivity and onboarding completion instead of raw activity. A new member opens on a clear starting point rather than an unexplained feed. And nothing in it rewards posting volume for its own sake.
Access
The platform and an individual community are different things, and they are priced differently. This is the distinction worth reading twice.
Creating an account, building your Community profile, claiming your @username, joining the official Immense Click community and browsing community discovery cost nothing. There is no platform-access fee and no plan to introduce one.
An instructor running their own community can choose to make it free, charge a one-time entry fee, or run a monthly or annual membership. That is their commercial decision about their community, not a fee for using ImmenseCommunity.
Paid membership is not available yet. Payment processing is not currently active on Immense Click, so no community can take a payment, no membership can be bought, and no creator payouts are made. The pricing structures exist so that switching them on is a commercial decision rather than a rebuild.
For members
Find a community by topic, read its description and rules before deciding, and join. The official Immense Click community is free and open.
Follow a practitioner who runs sessions, publishes resources and answers questions — and mention them directly when you are stuck.
Sessions appear in your own timezone and export to the calendar you already use. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, a secure custom link, or an address to turn up at.
Text, photos, video, multiple attachments, polls and announcements, with threaded replies and a small, meaningful set of reactions rather than a scoreboard.
Address a member by their @username, or reach the moderators or the instructors when you need them. Nobody can notify a whole community unless its owner allows it.
You automatically follow a thread you started, replied to or were mentioned in — and when you leave one, it stays left.
Save any post to read later. Saved posts are private: no one else can see what you kept, not the community owner and not Immense Click.
A unique @username, a profile picture, a short bio and the expertise you want to be known for — carried across every community you join.
The official community
The official ImmenseCommunity is owned by Immense Click and carries a verified identity, so it is never in doubt which community is ours. It holds discussion, sessions, resources, rules and a members directory like any other — and it is free, deliberately, because the platform is free.
Official Immense Click usernames are reserved at the platform level rather than by convention: nobody can claim @immenseclick, and neither can they claim a lookalike built from underscores or capitalisation. An official identity can only ever be assigned by Immense Click administration.
Who it is for
A member's experience and a creator's experience are designed separately and deliberately. Neither is a compromise made to fit the other.
People who want to learn from a practitioner and from each other — with sessions in their own timezone and a clear place to start rather than an unexplained feed.
Practitioners running a paid or free community: sessions, resources, discussion and member management in one place, with a coach console built for the job rather than bolted on.
Specialists running cohorts or expert groups for a business audience, where Microsoft Teams and a corporate calendar are the reality rather than an afterthought.
Organisations using community as a retention instrument — keeping a relationship alive between purchases, and hearing from customers directly.
For instructors and coaches
Name it, brand it, set its rules, create Spaces, invite members and decide who may post where. It stays a private draft until you publish it.
A standard Space for everyone, a restricted Space for a named cohort, and an announcement Space where you decide whether members may reply or only react.
One-off or recurring, in your chosen timezone, with RSVPs, a change history members can see, and attendance you confirm yourself.
Propose a course with an outline, submit it for review, and have it published into the existing Learning platform — one learning platform, not a second one.
A member directory, roles you control, reported-content review, and removal that is reversible and audited rather than destructive.
Returning members, inactivity, onboarding completion, session RSVPs and confirmed attendance. Counted facts with stated definitions, never an opaque score.
Sessions
A session is stored as an absolute moment in time plus the timezone the coach chose, so a weekly call keeps its local hour when the clocks change instead of quietly moving for everyone. Members see every session in their own timezone.
Coaches can use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, a custom secure link, or an in-person address. Microsoft Teams matters more than it might appear: it is where most corporate coaching actually happens, and community products routinely leave it out.
A joining link is treated as a credential. It is never published, never in a sitemap, never in public page source, never in a feed post about the session, and is released only to an authorised member of that community.
Learning and resources
A community points at Immense Click Learning rather than duplicating it, so there is exactly one answer to whether a person has finished a lesson.
Community Home carries a Free Learning shelf drawn from the genuine Immense Click Learning catalogue. It shows courses that are actually free — and an honest empty state when none are.
A community Library can point at existing Learning courses and series. It links to them; it does not copy them, and it keeps no second record of who has completed what.
Each community has a Resources view aggregating the files, links, recorded sessions and course references a member is authorised to see — and nothing they are not.

Creator commercial routes
These are the commercial arrangements Immense Click intends to offer. They are built as architecture and described here honestly: nothing is billable today.
A planned ₹25,000 per year, including capacity for 250 active members and two instructor-created courses. Billing is not active, so nothing is charged and no tax is collected on it today.
No annual fee, with Immense Click taking a planned 15% of instructor earnings instead. This route is not automatic: it requires an application, a live interview and a review of your content by Immense Click administration.
Applications are typically reviewed within approximately seven days. An instructor application can never be approved by its own applicant, whatever else that person can do on the platform.
Billing is not active. Payment processing is not currently enabled on Immense Click, so the annual instructor plan cannot be purchased, no revenue share is collected and no creator settlement is paid. Immense Click is also not collecting tax at present, so the planned ₹25,000 annual price carries no tax charge today; a tax treatment will be applied through the platform’s taxation configuration when lawful collection is activated.
Privacy and safety
Discussion, members, sessions and resources are membership-only by default and are not indexed by search engines. A creator can choose to publish a public page for their community; when they do, it shows the community’s name, description, topic and rules — never member posts, never the members list, never a meeting link.
Members control their own exposure too. Appearing in a members directory is a choice, saved posts are private to the person who saved them, and an email address is never displayed to anybody. You can mute a member to reduce what you see of them, or block them to stop them reaching you — and neither is visible to anyone else, including the community owner.
When moderation removes something, it is hidden rather than destroyed, with a reason, an actor and a timestamp, so a decision can be explained and reversed. Members accept both the platform-wide Community Rules and the rules of each community they join.
