This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to eligible purchases made directly from Immense Click.
Mandatory refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
1. General Principle
Because Immense Click provides a mixture of digital courses, professional services, custom consulting, marketing work, and downloadable materials, refund eligibility depends on the nature of the purchase and whether delivery or work has begun.
A refund is not automatically available merely because a customer later changes their mind after substantial access, consumption, or performance has occurred.
We will nevertheless consider legitimate cases involving duplicate payments, incorrect charges, material service failures, or rights provided by applicable consumer law.
2. Online Courses
Unless a course-specific offer states otherwise, a request for a discretionary course refund must ordinarily be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
A discretionary refund may be refused where:
- more than 10% of the course has been accessed or completed;
- substantial downloadable materials have been accessed;
- a certificate has already been issued;
- the user has substantially consumed the course;
- account activity indicates abuse of the refund process;
- or the purchase was expressly described as non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Where mandatory consumer law provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
3. Live Courses, Cohorts and Workshops
If an event, cohort, workshop, or live programme has not begun, cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Unless the applicable offer provides different terms, cancellations received more than 7 days before the scheduled start may be eligible for refund.
Cancellations made shortly before or after commencement may be non-refundable because instructor capacity, preparation, scheduling, or other resources have already been committed.
If Immense Click cancels a paid event without providing a reasonable replacement or rescheduled option, affected customers will generally be offered an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion.
4. Consulting Services
Consulting fees attributable to work already performed are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed otherwise.
Deposits or advance payments may become non-refundable once:
- research begins;
- capacity is reserved;
- project planning starts;
- meetings are delivered;
- deliverables are prepared;
- third-party expenses are incurred;
- or substantial performance has commenced.
If a client cancels before work begins, Immense Click may refund eligible prepaid amounts after deducting any non-recoverable third-party costs or amounts expressly identified as non-refundable in the proposal or statement of work.
5. Marketing Services
Marketing-service fees attributable to strategy, setup, production, management, creative work, campaign configuration, account preparation, research, or work already performed are generally non-refundable.
Advertising spend paid directly to third-party advertising platforms is governed by those platforms and may not be refundable by Immense Click.
Where Immense Click has incurred approved external expenses on a client's behalf, those expenses remain payable.
6. Digital Downloads
To the extent permitted by law, downloadable digital products may become non-refundable once access or download has been provided.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Duplicate and Incorrect Charges
Verified duplicate charges or payments collected because of a demonstrable billing error will be corrected or refunded.
Contact support@immenseclick.com promptly and provide the relevant transaction reference.
8. Technical Problems
Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, contact support so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Where a purchased digital Service is materially inaccessible because of a problem attributable to Immense Click and we cannot reasonably remedy it, an appropriate refund, credit, extension, or alternative remedy may be offered.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method where technically possible.
Banks and payment providers control the time required for the refund to appear.
Payment-provider or foreign-exchange differences outside our control may affect the final amount received.
10. Promotions and Bundles
Refunds for discounted bundles, promotional packages, or multi-service arrangements may be calculated by reference to:
- benefits already used;
- Services already supplied;
- non-refundable components;
- and the pricing structure disclosed when purchased.
11. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that legitimate billing concerns can be investigated.
Nothing in this Policy prevents you from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or improper charge.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of associated Services.
12. How to Request a Refund
Submit a request to:
- support@immenseclick.com
Include:
- your name;
- account email;
- transaction or invoice reference;
- Service purchased;
- purchase date;
- and a brief explanation of the request.
13. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits a mandatory refund, cancellation, cooling-off, defect, misrepresentation, or consumer-protection right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Where mandatory local law conflicts with this Policy, mandatory law controls.
