Delete Your Immense Click Account

Registered users may request deletion of their account and eligible associated personal information.

Where available, select:

• Account → Privacy → Delete Account

You may also request deletion by emailing:

• support@immenseclick.com

Before You Delete Your Account

Account deletion may permanently remove access to:

• purchased account-based content where continued access depends on the account;
• Learning progress;
• course history;
• saved preferences;
• certificates stored only within the account;
• community activity;
• and other account functionality.

You should export information you want to retain before deletion.

Verification

Because deletion is irreversible, we may require:

• re-authentication;
• email verification;
• or another reasonable security step.

What We Delete

Following a valid request, we will delete or anonymise personal information that we are no longer required or permitted to retain.

Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

• tax obligations;
• accounting records;
• transaction records;
• fraud prevention;
• dispute resolution;
• cybersecurity;
• enforcement of legal rights;
• compliance with law;
• or another lawful purpose.

Retained information will no longer be used for unrelated marketing simply because the account previously existed.

Processing Period

We aim to complete eligible account-deletion requests within 30 days.

A different period may apply where required or permitted by applicable law.

Backups

Residual copies may remain temporarily in secured backup systems until overwritten through normal backup-retention processes.

Such copies should not be restored for ordinary business use after a valid deletion unless legally or technically necessary.
