Download or Request Your Immense Click Data

You may request a copy of personal information associated with your Immense Click account where applicable.

A data export may include information such as:

account profile information;
account identifiers;
Learning enrolments;
course progress;
purchase history maintained by Immense Click;
privacy preferences;
marketing preferences;
and other eligible account information.

Certain internal security information, anti-fraud information, confidential business information, information concerning another person, legally privileged material, or information that we are legally prohibited from providing may be excluded.

How to Request an Export

Account → Privacy → Export My Data

Alternatively, email:

from the address associated with your account.

We may verify your identity before providing an export.

Format

Where reasonably practicable, electronic data may be provided in a commonly used machine-readable format such as JSON or CSV, together with human-readable information where appropriate.

Timing

We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days, but a different statutory timeframe may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Where applicable law provides a stronger right or shorter requirement, applicable law controls.

Security

For privacy reasons, export links should:

require authentication or secure verification;
expire after a limited period;
and not be publicly accessible.
