Course Terms | Immense Click

These Course Terms apply to Learning products, courses, workshops, educational programmes, training materials, assessments, recordings, and related educational Services offered by Immense Click.

They supplement our Terms of Service.

1. Enrolment

Course access is personal to the registered learner unless the applicable enterprise or team licence expressly permits multiple users.

You may not share an individual course account with another person.

2. Course Licence

Purchasing a course ordinarily provides access rights, not ownership of the course intellectual property.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the applicable course for your own learning or professional development.

3. Course Materials

Unless expressly authorised, you may not:

redistribute videos;
publish lesson materials;
share account credentials;
resell course access;
reproduce substantial portions of course content;
upload protected materials to public repositories;
remove copyright notices;
or commercially exploit course materials.

Course materials may not be used to train or populate an AI model or commercial dataset without written permission.

4. Course Availability

Course structure, lessons, instructors, examples, software demonstrations, reading lists, assignments, or supporting materials may be updated where reasonably necessary to keep the programme relevant.

Material changes will not intentionally deprive purchasers of the essential substance of the course they purchased.

5. Progress

Where course progress is stored, learners may be able to resume completed or partially completed lessons.

Progress records may be affected by account deletion.

6. Certificates

Where a certificate is offered, the learner must satisfy applicable completion requirements.

A certificate issued by Immense Click does not represent:

a university degree;
government accreditation;
professional licensure;
guaranteed employment;
or recognition by every employer or institution,

unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Academic and Professional Integrity

Users must not falsify completion, impersonate another learner, manipulate assessment results, or obtain certificates through dishonest means.

8. Results

Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, earnings, client acquisition, professional advancement, academic admission, or business results.

9. Live Sessions

Live-session schedules may occasionally change.

Where a material change occurs, we may provide a replacement session, recording, credit, or other appropriate accommodation.

10. Refunds

Course refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any specific terms presented at checkout.

11. Termination

Course access may be suspended for piracy, credential sharing, harassment, payment fraud, intellectual-property infringement, or serious violations of these Terms.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
