This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, Cookie Preferences interface, and any additional privacy notice presented when particular personal information is collected.

1. Privacy Notice
Immense Click provides Learning, Marketing, and Consulting services to clients and users in India and internationally.
Our principal areas of commercial focus include Bengaluru and Hyderabad, where we actively seek to serve businesses, startups, professionals, organisations, and other customers requiring marketing, consulting, learning, digital strategy, and related services.
Our services are designed to be delivered without requiring every engagement to originate from or take place at a physical Immense Click office. Depending on the engagement, services may be provided remotely, digitally, on-site where arranged, or through a hybrid delivery model.
We respect the privacy of website visitors, registered users, learners, customers, clients, prospective clients, and other individuals who interact with Immense Click.
We seek to collect and process personal information only where reasonably necessary to operate and secure our Services, provide services requested by you, administer accounts and purchases, communicate with you, improve our Services, understand website usage, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through the Immense Click website, user accounts, Learning services, Marketing services, Consulting services, enquiry forms, customer communications, purchases, analytics, website functionality, support requests, and related digital services.
It applies to individuals interacting with us from Bengaluru, Hyderabad, elsewhere in India, and international markets where our services are available.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to independently operated third-party websites, applications, platforms, payment services, or other services that we do not control.
3. Our Service Markets and Operating Model
Immense Click operates as a digitally enabled professional-services business.
Our principal service markets in India are Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
We may provide Marketing, Consulting, Learning, business advisory, digital strategy, campaign support, educational services, and other professional services to customers located in these cities without requiring the customer to visit a physical Immense Click office.
Our commercial activities may include serving clients, conducting meetings, delivering projects, providing consultations, participating in business discussions, responding to local enquiries, and supporting organisations located in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
We may also serve customers in other locations, including selected cities and regions in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.
International service availability depends on the nature of the engagement, applicable laws, contractual requirements, payment availability, time-zone considerations, and operational feasibility.
References on our website to a city, market, or service area indicate that we offer, target, support, or provide services to customers in that location. Such references do not necessarily mean that Immense Click maintains a permanent staffed office, branch, or leased premises in every location mentioned.
4. Personal Information We Collect and Receive
The information we collect depends on how you interact with Immense Click.
Account Information
When you create or maintain an account, we may collect your name, email address, password credentials, account identifier, account status, profile information, login information, authentication events, preferences, and other information associated with your account.
Passwords are not intended to be stored in readable plaintext. We use appropriate one-way password hashing and security controls designed to protect credentials.
Enquiry and Contact Information
When you contact us about Learning, Marketing, Consulting, or other services, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, city or region, area of interest, business requirements, service requirements, project information, message content, and other information you voluntarily provide.
We may use location or market information provided by you to determine whether your enquiry relates to services available in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, another Indian city, or an international market.
Learning Information
Where you use our Learning services, we may collect or generate information about courses accessed, course progress, enrolments, completion status, materials viewed, timestamps, and other learning-related activity.
Purchase and Transaction Information
When you purchase or engage a paid service, we may process information including your name, contact details, service purchased, transaction amount, billing information, payment status, transaction reference, and limited transaction data received from our payment provider.
Complete payment-card credentials are processed by our payment gateway or payment-service provider and are not intended to be stored by Immense Click.
Usage and Technical Information
When you access our Services, we may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from network information, language settings, referring source, pages visited, timestamps, error information, session data, and security events.
5. Geographic and Market Information
We may process approximate geographic information derived from your IP address or information you voluntarily provide, such as your city, country, organisation location, or service market.
We may use this information to understand where demand for our Services originates, respond to enquiries appropriately, improve service-market coverage, analyse website traffic, and determine whether particular services are relevant to users in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, other Indian markets, or international locations.
We do not use approximate geographic analytics to determine your precise physical location unless a particular service expressly requires such information and appropriate notice is provided.
6. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use personal information to provide and improve our Learning, Marketing, and Consulting services; operate user accounts; authenticate users; process transactions; provide customer support; respond to enquiries; route enquiries to appropriate service areas; understand service demand by market; manage projects; deliver courses and professional services; maintain security; prevent fraud and abuse; measure website performance; improve our content; administer business relationships; fulfil contracts; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We may also analyse aggregated or pseudonymised information to understand interest in our services across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, India, and international markets.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis such as consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with a legal obligation, or another permitted basis.
7. Microsoft Clarity and Website Analytics
We use or intend to use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the Immense Click website.
Clarity may help us understand how users from different service markets, including Bengaluru and Hyderabad, navigate our website and interact with information concerning our Learning, Marketing, Consulting, and other services.
Clarity may process page visits, clicks, scrolling, pointer movements, session information, device information, browser information, page structure, performance information, technical errors, and related interaction data.
This information may be used to generate behavioural analytics, heatmaps, aggregated statistics, and session replay.
We use these insights to identify usability problems, improve website navigation, understand user interest, improve relevant service pages, diagnose technical issues, and enhance the overall user experience.
Microsoft Clarity is treated as a non-essential analytics technology within our consent framework.
10. Session Replay and Sensitive Information
Because session replay can record detailed website interactions, Immense Click applies additional privacy safeguards.
We do not intend to configure Microsoft Clarity to collect readable passwords, complete payment-card information, authentication codes, private credentials, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive personal information.
Sensitive account, authentication, payment, enquiry, and personal-information fields should be masked or excluded from readable session replay where appropriate.
11. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through our payment gateway or other authorised payment provider.
Payment providers may process billing information, card details, transaction authentication information, transaction identifiers, and fraud-prevention information.
Immense Click does not intend to store your full card number or card-security code.
We may retain limited payment and transaction information necessary for accounting, refunds, support, fraud prevention, reconciliation, and legal compliance.
12. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers that assist with hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, communications, email delivery, authentication, security, analytics, customer support, and related operational services.
Microsoft may receive analytics and interaction information when Microsoft Clarity is enabled.
We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, court order, regulatory requirement, governmental request, fraud investigation, security necessity, or the establishment or defence of legal rights.
Personal information may also be transferred in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition, or sale of relevant business assets.
Immense Click does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
13. Our Marketing Efforts
We may communicate with customers, prospective customers, learners, businesses, organisations, and other interested persons regarding Immense Click services where legally permitted.
Our marketing and business-development activities may focus particularly on Bengaluru and Hyderabad, as these are important service markets for Immense Click.
We may also market or provide our services to customers in other Indian and international markets.
Marketing communications will include an appropriate unsubscribe mechanism where required.
Opting out of promotional communications will not prevent service, account, security, transaction, or legal communications.
14. International Services
Immense Click may provide services to international customers and organisations.
Markets we may serve include parts of the United Kingdom, including London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Essex, and Milton Keynes; the United States, including Sherman Oaks in California, Ohio, New York, and Chicago; Toronto in Canada; Melbourne in Australia; and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
These locations are service markets and do not necessarily represent Immense Click-owned offices, legal establishments, or permanent premises.
The availability of services in any particular jurisdiction may depend on applicable law, contractual terms, commercial feasibility, payment availability, and the nature of the requested engagement.
15. International Data Transfers
Because Immense Click is an India-based business and uses technology and service providers that may operate internationally, personal information may be processed in India and other jurisdictions.
Information relating to users in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, other Indian cities, or international markets may therefore be transferred across regional or national boundaries when necessary to provide the Services.
Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, we will use or rely upon appropriate legal mechanisms.
16. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, organisational, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
These may include HTTPS/TLS encryption, secure password hashing, access restrictions, authentication controls, logging, monitoring, fraud-prevention measures, security reviews, secure software-development practices, and appropriate vendor controls.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and for applicable legal, financial, contractual, security, and regulatory obligations.
Account information may generally be retained while an account remains active.
Course progress information may be retained to allow users to resume Learning services.
Transaction information may be retained for accounting, tax, legal, and fraud-prevention requirements.
Valid account-deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days, subject to information we are permitted or required to retain.
Microsoft controls retention periods for information processed within Microsoft Clarity in accordance with its applicable service terms and documentation.
18. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent for future processing.
You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications and modify available cookie preferences.

We may verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests.
19. Indian Privacy Rights
Immense Click seeks to process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian privacy and data-protection requirements, including applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and related requirements as they become applicable to our processing.
Where applicable, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, updating, completion, erasure, consent withdrawal, grievance redressal, and nomination.

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Immense Click, California residents may have rights relating to access, deletion, correction, information about categories and purposes of collection, opt-out of applicable sale or sharing, and protection against unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
