3. No Sexual Exploitation or Harm to Minors

Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, or predatory conduct is prohibited.

4. No Illegal Activity

Do not use the community to arrange, promote, or materially facilitate unlawful conduct.

5. No Fraud or Impersonation

Do not:

• impersonate another person;
• misrepresent professional credentials;
• operate scams;
• solicit payments deceptively;
• or attempt to steal credentials.

6. No Spam

Do not flood community spaces with:

• unsolicited promotions;
• repetitive advertisements;
• referral spam;
• irrelevant links;
• or automated posts.

Reasonable professional networking may be permitted where relevant.

7. Protect Privacy

Do not publish another person's private information without lawful authority.

Do not disclose private course participants' contact information, messages, financial information, credentials, or sensitive personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

Only share content you have permission to share.

Do not redistribute paid Immense Click course materials through community channels.

9. Security

Do not distribute malware, phishing links, stolen credentials, or instructions intended to compromise Immense Click systems or other users.

10. Moderation

Immense Click may:

• remove content;
• restrict posting;
• issue warnings;
• suspend accounts;
• remove participants;
• or preserve relevant evidence

where reasonably necessary to enforce these Rules, protect users, maintain security, or comply with law.

11. Reporting

Potential violations may be reported to:

• support@immenseclick.com

Good-faith reports should include enough information for us to identify the relevant content or account.

12. Enforcement

Enforcement may depend on severity, context, history, risk, and applicable law.

Serious violations may result in immediate removal without a prior warning.
