Immense Click Marketing

Customer retention, loyalty programmes, and being found wherever people search.

Immense Click Marketing leads with customer retention and loyalty programme implementation, works on conventional and AI search visibility, and delivers the strategy, brand, automation, content and channel work around them.

Our lead discipline

Customer retention has never been better.

Loyalty programmes and retention systems designed around your actual customer lifecycle — so a one-time buyer has a reason, a route and a relationship that brings them back. Retention is also the discipline that makes the rest of the marketing honest: if customers stay, the acquisition numbers mean something.

The hardest customer to win is the one you already had

Acquisition spends attention and money to reach somebody who has never heard of you. Retention works with somebody who has already chosen you once. The second conversation starts from a different place.

Retention compounds; acquisition resets

A campaign ends. A retention system keeps operating on every customer who passes through it, which is why it is worth designing rather than improvising.

Loyalty is a system, not a gesture

A discount is a transaction. A programme is a set of rules, a data model, an integration and a measurement plan — and it behaves predictably because of that.

Retention makes the rest of the marketing honest

If customers stay, the acquisition numbers mean something. If they do not, growth is a treadmill and every other metric flatters it.

Retention capability

The retention capability set.

Grouped the way the work actually divides: decide what the programme is for, understand the lifecycle and the data, build the engagement that runs between purchases, and keep learning from customers.

Strategy and architecture

Deciding what the programme is for before deciding what it looks like.

Loyalty programme strategy

What behaviour the programme should reward, what it should cost, and what a member should feel is worth staying for.

Loyalty architecture

Earning rules, tiers, thresholds, expiry and redemption logic, designed so the economics still work at scale.

Membership and rewards design

The shape of the offer: points, tiers, membership, credits, benefits, or a combination that fits the purchase pattern.

Programme economics

Modelling what a reward costs against what a retained customer is worth, so a generous programme does not quietly become an unprofitable one.

Customer lifecycle and data

Retention is a sequence of moments, not a single campaign.

Customer lifecycle mapping

The real path from first contact to repeat purchase to advocacy, including the points where people usually stop.

CRM and customer-data integration

Connecting the systems that hold purchase, support and engagement history, so a retention decision uses the whole picture.

Segmentation

Grouping customers by behaviour and value rather than by convenience, so the right people receive the right attention.

Retention analytics

Repeat rate, cohort retention, time between purchases, lapse points and programme participation — measured and explainable.

Engagement and automation

The work that keeps a relationship alive between purchases.

Retention automation

Onboarding, milestone, replenishment and renewal flows that run reliably instead of depending on somebody remembering.

Win-back flows

Structured re-engagement for lapsed customers, with a defined point at which we stop rather than keep emailing indefinitely.

Personalisation strategy

Deciding what to vary and on what evidence, so personalisation improves relevance instead of becoming unpredictable.

Customer engagement

The everyday contact — content, community, service, education — that makes the next purchase unremarkable.

Learning from customers

A retention programme that does not listen stops working.

Feedback loops

Collecting and routing what customers tell you, and closing the loop so they can see that it mattered.

Community-led retention

Using ImmenseCommunity so customers hear from each other, not only from you — the cheapest and most durable engagement there is.

Programme review

Revisiting rules, thresholds and rewards on a schedule, because a programme designed for last year is answering a different question.

Methodology

How a retention engagement runs.

Six steps, in this order. The economics are modelled before anything is built, because a generous programme that loses money is harder to withdraw than one that was never launched.

  1. 01

    Understand the lifecycle

Map how customers actually buy, return and lapse today — from your data, not from an assumed funnel.

  2. 02

    Find where value leaks

Identify the specific points where repeat purchase stops, and how much of the business sits at each of them.

  3. 03

    Design the response

Decide whether the answer is a loyalty programme, a lifecycle flow, a service change, a community, or a combination — and say why.

  4. 04

    Model the economics

Cost the rewards and the effort against the value of a retained customer before anything is built.

  5. 05

    Implement and integrate

Build the programme and connect it to the CRM, commerce and support systems that already hold the customer relationship.

  6. 06

    Measure and revise

Report repeat rate, cohort retention and participation with stated definitions, then change the programme on the evidence.

Measurement

Retention numbers are only useful when their definition is stated.

Repeat purchase rate
The share of customers who buy more than once within a stated window. The window is part of the metric, not a detail.
Cohort retention
Of the customers who first bought in a given month, the share still active in each later month. Reported by cohort, so a good month is not hidden by an average.
Time between purchases
The normal gap for your category, which is what makes a lapse identifiable rather than guessed at.
Lapse point
The gap beyond which a customer statistically does not return. It defines when a win-back flow should run, and when it should stop.
Programme participation
Enrolment, active earning, and redemption. An enrolled member who never redeems is not a retained customer.
Member versus non-member behaviour
Repeat behaviour among programme members compared with comparable non-members — the only comparison that shows whether the programme is doing anything.

Loyalty programme implementation

Loyalty programme implementation, from rules to redemption.

Choosing a reward model is the start. A programme that works is an unambiguous set of rules, one recognisable member across channels, a balance you can audit, a redemption people actually complete, and a measurement plan agreed before launch.

Six reward models, with their real trade-offs

The right model depends on purchase frequency, margin and what your customers actually value. Each of these works well somewhere and badly somewhere else, so each description says both.

Points and rewards

Earning against spend or action, redeemable for value. Simple to explain, and the model where programme economics most often need real modelling.

Tiered membership

Status that rises with sustained relationship, carrying benefits rather than only discounts. Works where recognition matters as much as price.

Paid membership

A recurring fee in exchange for standing benefits. Strong retention when the benefits are genuinely used, poor when they are theoretical.

Cashback and credit

Value returned as future purchasing power. Predictable for the customer and straightforward to reconcile.

Benefit and access programmes

Early access, priority service, education or community membership instead of a monetary reward. Often the least expensive and the most differentiating.

Referral and advocacy

Rewarding customers for bringing others, structured so the incentive does not attract people who never intended to stay.

What has to be built

Most loyalty programmes do not fail on the reward.

They fail on an ambiguous rule, a member who exists twice, a balance nobody can reconcile, or a redemption that is too much trouble to complete.

Programme rules

Earning, tier movement, expiry and redemption written unambiguously, because every ambiguity eventually becomes a support conversation.

Member identity

One recognisable customer across channels, so a member is not two accounts with half a history each.

Balance and ledger integrity

Points and credits treated as a ledger with an auditable history, not as a number that can be edited.

Redemption experience

Making the reward easy to find and easy to use. An unredeemed reward is a liability on your side and a disappointment on theirs.

Systems integration

Connecting the programme to commerce, CRM, support and reporting so it reflects reality rather than a separate database.

Measurement

Enrolment, active participation, redemption rate, and repeat behaviour among members against non-members.

Balance integrity and economics

A points balance is a liability, so it is built as a ledger.

A number in a column can be edited, and once it can be edited nobody can say with certainty how it got there. Immense Click models earning, adjustment, expiry and redemption as append-only events with a running balance derived from them — the same discipline we apply to commerce and audit data across the platform. That makes three things possible that otherwise are not: a member can be shown why their balance is what it is, a support agent can correct a mistake without overwriting history, and finance can reconcile outstanding liability at any date.

Earning rates, tier thresholds and redemption values also interact. A rate that looks modest becomes expensive at your real purchase frequency, and a tier nobody reaches is a benefit nobody values. We cost the programme against the value of a retained customer, agree the assumptions in writing, and set the review point at which the rules are revisited — a programme designed for last year is answering a different question.

Where enrolment, earning and redemption have to reach commerce, CRM, support and reporting, and that becomes a build rather than a configuration, it is Immense Click Consulting work.

AI SEO & GEO

Be discoverable wherever people — and AI — search.

Conventional search engines are no longer the only place a buyer looks. Generative engines answer questions directly, and being absent from those answers is a new kind of invisibility. We treat search visibility and generative discoverability as one discipline rather than two competing ones.

Conventional search visibility

The part that has always mattered, and still decides whether anything else can work.

Technical SEO

Crawlability, indexation, canonical correctness, status codes, redirects, sitemaps and robots directives — declared at source rather than left to a crawler to infer.

Site structure and internal linking

One page per intent, an explicit hierarchy, and internal links that make the important pages reachable. Two pages competing for the same query help neither.

On-page content and metadata

Titles, descriptions, headings and copy written for the question a person actually typed, not assembled from a keyword list.

Performance and Core Web Vitals

Loading, interaction and layout stability measured on real pages, because a page a person abandons is not a page that ranked.

Generative Engine Optimisation

Being present in the answer, not only in the list of links beneath it.

Citability

Content structured so a generative engine can quote a specific, self-contained, attributable statement rather than paraphrase you inaccurately.

Entity clarity

Structured data and consistent naming so a machine can tell what your organisation is, what it offers and how those things relate.

Answer coverage

Mapping the questions buyers ask in your category and making sure each has a page that answers it directly and completely.

Accuracy monitoring

Checking how generative engines currently describe you, and correcting the source material when the summary is wrong. We report what we observe; we do not claim to control any engine.

Content and search strategy

What to publish, in what order, and how to tell whether it worked.

Search intent research

Separating what people search from what we assume they search, and grouping it by the decision being made rather than by volume alone.

Content architecture

A canonical page for each intent with supporting material beneath it, so authority accumulates instead of being split.

Measurement

Impressions, queries, click-through and landing-page behaviour with stated definitions and stated limitations, including where the data simply does not exist.

Service catalogue

The Marketing services you can commission.

Each service states the problem it addresses, what is delivered, how it is priced, and whether it begins with an assessment. Where a figure is published it is shown; where the work cannot be priced responsibly before scope is understood, it says so instead of showing a placeholder.

Strategic foundation

Begin with positioning, audience, priorities, and purpose.

Marketing activity becomes difficult to coordinate when the strategic foundation is unclear. Immense Click helps shape the choices behind brand direction, audiences, messages, channels, and measurement.

The objective is not activity for its own sake. It is a more understandable marketing operation with deliberate priorities.

Marketing capabilities

Connected across planning, operations, execution, and learning.

Marketing Strategy

Clarify audiences, positioning, priorities, channels, and the operating choices behind coordinated marketing.

Brand Strategy

Define a clearer identity, message, and decision framework for consistent market communication.

Marketing Automation

Design lifecycle workflows, email sequences, lead flows, campaign operations, and reporting structures.

AI Integration for Marketing

Introduce practical AI assistance into research, analysis, content operations, and campaign workflows.

Marketing Analysis

Examine activity, data, systems, and measurement to identify useful improvements and priorities.

Organic Content Systems

Create sustainable planning, production, publishing, and review processes for organic channels.

Email Marketing

Develop purposeful email programmes, audience journeys, operational processes, and measurement approaches.

Paid Advertising

Support campaign structure, creative direction, channel operations, testing, and performance interpretation.

Systems + automation

Create and integrate workflows—not another CRM product.

Immense Click is not positioned as a complete CRM or advertising platform. The role is to design and improve marketing systems: lead-flow design, lifecycle workflows, email sequences, campaign operations, system connections, and reporting structures.

Automation should make purposeful work more consistent while keeping appropriate human review and decision-making.

Communication + channels

Build a sustainable presence across content, email, and paid media.

Organic content systems

Planning, production, publishing, and review processes designed for consistency and useful communication.

Email marketing

Audience journeys, purposeful sequences, campaign operations, and measurement—not indiscriminate sending.

Paid advertising

Campaign structure, creative direction, testing, operations, and interpretation without guaranteed performance claims.

AI in marketing

Practical assistance, with human judgement retained.

AI may support research, analysis, segmentation, content operations, and campaign workflows. Its role should be selected according to the work and reviewed for accuracy, relevance, and brand context.

It does not replace the strategic, creative, and operational judgement required for responsible marketing.

Community-led retention

The cheapest engagement is customers hearing from each other.

A community turns a purchase into a membership. Customers get answers from people like them, sessions give them a reason to come back on a schedule, and the business hears directly what is and is not working. This is why Immense Click builds ImmenseCommunity as part of the retention discipline rather than as an unrelated product.

Where marketing becomes technical — automation, integration or software — the Consulting division provides the connected route, including AI Automation.

What we will not claim

The limits, stated here rather than discovered later.

We are not your legal or tax advisers

Loyalty programmes can raise consumer-protection, accounting and tax questions depending on where you operate. We design the programme; we will tell you when a question needs a qualified legal or tax professional, and we will not answer it ourselves.

We do not promise a number

We will not quote a retention uplift before understanding your data, and we do not publish figures from other engagements as though they predict yours. We will agree what to measure and report it as measured.

A programme is not a substitute for the product

Rewards slow down churn caused by price or habit. They do not fix churn caused by a product or a service problem, and we will say so rather than sell a programme to cover it.

We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice

Loyalty programmes can raise consumer-protection, accounting and tax questions that vary by jurisdiction — how outstanding balances are treated, what a change to the rules requires, how expiry may be communicated. Immense Click will tell you when a question needs a qualified legal, tax or accounting professional, and will not answer it in their place.

We do not guarantee a ranking

No agency controls a search engine or a generative model, and anybody who guarantees a position is describing something they cannot deliver. We agree what to measure and report it as measured.

We do not buy links or manipulate signals

A tactic that works until the next update is not a strategy, and the cost of a penalty lands on you rather than on us. The work is technical quality, structure, clarity and content.

Generative answers are not ours to control

We can make you easier to cite and easier to summarise correctly. We cannot make a model cite you, and we will not pretend the distinction does not exist.

Marketing enquiries

Tell us how customers buy, return and lapse today, and we will tell you where the value is leaking.
