Social Media Posting Automation
Automation and integration work that removes the manual effort from publishing: a scheduled pipeline, approval steps where you want them, and reporting on what went out.
What you need to know first
- What problem does this solve?
- Publishing depends on someone remembering. Posts are prepared in one place, copied into another and published by hand, so output is inconsistent, approvals happen by message, and nobody can say afterwards what was actually published and when.
- What exactly do I receive?
- A working publishing pipeline: content prepared in a system you already use, scheduled, routed for approval where you want a human check, published to the connected platforms, and recorded so you can see what went out. It is automation and integration work — it is not audience growth.
- How is it priced?
- Fixed base package, or quoted for complex requirementsThe fee is quoted for your requirement, because scope, systems and complexity differ in every case.A standard single-platform or small multi-platform setup is priced as a fixed base package. A requirement involving several systems, bespoke approval routing, a content system that has no supported integration point, or platform API access that your licence tier does not include is quoted, because its effort is determined by your environment. Which applies to you is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
- How long does it generally take?
- Typically 2 to 4 weeks for a base packageIndicative, and dependent on platform access being granted and on the platforms approving the connection, which is their decision and not ours.
- What happens next?
- Send an enquiry describing the requirement. We confirm the scope, the fee and the timescale in writing before any work begins. An enquiry is not an order: an engagement becomes binding only when it is expressly accepted, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Expected process
Enquiry
You describe what is published now, where from, and by whom.
Scoping meeting
A short meeting to establish which platforms and systems are involved and whether each supports the connection needed.
Written scope and fee
Confirmation of whether this is a base package or a quoted requirement, with the fee and indicative timescale.
Build
Configuration of the pipeline, the approval routing and the connections.
Handover
You see it publish, then receive documentation of how it runs and how it fails.
Meetings, revisions and scope
- Meetings
- Meeting required, during the assessment (about 45 minutes)
- Revisions
- 2 revisions included. Two rounds of adjustment to the schedule, routing and templates after the pipeline is working. Adding a further platform or system is a scope change.
- Scope
- Deliverables are limited to those expressly included in the agreed scope. Additional revisions, meetings, research or services outside that scope may require additional fees — see the Marketing Services Terms.
Frequently asked questions about this service
What is social posting automation?
Automation and integration work: a publishing schedule, a content pipeline, approval steps where you want them, connections between the systems you already use, and reporting on what was published.
It is not audience growth, and it is not sold as growth.
What it removes is manual, repetitive publishing effort and the inconsistency that comes with it. What happens to reach, followers or engagement afterwards depends on your content and on platform decisions nobody outside those platforms controls — the Marketing Services Terms are explicit that viral reach, platform distribution and impressions are not guaranteed.
Is advertising spend included in a marketing fee?
No. Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertising and media spend is separate from Immense Click’s management or professional fees — Advertising Spend.
Platform spend may be paid directly by you, through your own advertising account, or under another arrangement identified in writing. Keeping it in your account is usually better for you: you retain the billing relationship, the history and the ability to stop it.
