Landing Page Design
Design and build of a single-purpose page: structure, copy direction, responsive layout, accessibility basics and the conversion action the page exists for.
What you need to know first
- What problem does this solve?
- A campaign, launch or offer needs a page that does one job, and the existing website cannot do it — either because its structure fights the message, or because every change needs a developer and a release.
- What exactly do I receive?
- A built, responsive, accessible landing page with a clear structure, copy direction and a working conversion action, handed over so you can publish it and change its copy without a developer.
- How is it priced?
- Tiered fixed packages, quoted on enquiryThe fee is quoted for your requirement, because scope, systems and complexity differ in every case.Priced as tiered fixed packages by page complexity — a single-section page, a standard multi-section page, and a page with bespoke interaction or several variants. Figures are not published yet; the applicable tier and its fee are confirmed in writing before work begins. Hosting, domains and ongoing maintenance are separate and are not part of any tier.
- How long does it generally take?
- Typically 2 to 3 weeksIndicative for a standard tier, measured from the point copy source material and brand assets are available.
- What happens next?
- Send an enquiry describing the requirement. We confirm the scope, the fee and the timescale in writing before any work begins. An enquiry is not an order: an engagement becomes binding only when it is expressly accepted, as set out in the Terms of Service.

Not included
Stating the boundary is part of the offer. Anything here can usually be arranged separately.
- Hosting, domain registration, SSL or ongoing maintenance
- A full website, additional pages or a content management system, unless separately scoped
- Photography, video production or illustration
- Advertising spend or campaign management
- Original long-form copywriting from a blank page, unless separately scoped

Customer prerequisites
- A defined single purpose for the page
- Somewhere to publish it, or agreement that publishing is arranged separately
- Brand assets, or acceptance that the page will use a restrained default treatment
Information and access we need
We will ask for these. Where the work needs access to a system, access is arranged and scoped with you rather than assumed.
- The offer or message the page must carry, and the action you want a visitor to take
- Brand assets: logo, colours, typefaces and any existing guidelines
- Source copy, product detail or claims you want reflected — and confirmation that those claims are accurate
- The destination for the conversion action, and who receives submissions
Expected process
Enquiry
You describe the page’s single purpose and where it will be published.
Scoping meeting
A short meeting establishes the applicable tier and confirms the conversion action is achievable where the page will live.
Written scope and fee
The tier, the fee, the revision allowance and the indicative timescale, in writing.
Design and build
Structure, then layout and copy, then the built responsive page.
Review and handover
Two revision rounds, then handover with editing documentation.
Meetings, revisions and scope
- Meetings
- Meeting required, before you commit (about 45 minutes)
- Revisions
- 2 revisions included. Two rounds of design and copy revision within the agreed structure. Changing the page’s purpose or adding sections beyond the agreed tier is a scope change.
- Scope
- Deliverables are limited to those expressly included in the agreed scope. Additional revisions, meetings, research or services outside that scope may require additional fees — see the Marketing Services Terms.
Frequently asked questions about this service
How do revisions work?
Where a service includes a set number of revisions, the service page states the number and what a revision covers. A revision refines the agreed deliverable; it is not a route to a different deliverable.
Deliverables are limited to those expressly included in the agreed scope, and additional revisions, meetings, research or services outside scope may require additional fees — see Consulting Services Terms and Marketing Services Terms.
What is included in landing-page work?
Design and build of the page itself: structure, copy direction, layout, responsive behaviour, accessibility basics, and the form or call-to-action the page exists for.
Hosting, domains and ongoing maintenance are not included unless a written scope says so, and neither is advertising spend. The service page lists the exclusions explicitly.
Is advertising spend included in a marketing fee?
No. Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertising and media spend is separate from Immense Click’s management or professional fees — Advertising Spend.
Platform spend may be paid directly by you, through your own advertising account, or under another arrangement identified in writing. Keeping it in your account is usually better for you: you retain the billing relationship, the history and the ability to stop it.
Who owns the deliverables?
It depends on the type of material, and the controlled terms are specific about it:
- Your pre-existing materials remain yours.
- Immense Click’s pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, templates, tools, know-how, automation systems and reusable materials remain Immense Click’s.
- For client-specific deliverables, ownership or licensing is determined by the applicable statement of work. Upon full payment, client-specific deliverables may be used by you as specified in that engagement.
- Any transfer of ownership must be expressly agreed in writing.
See Consulting Services Terms — Intellectual Property and Marketing Services Terms — Intellectual Property. If a specific ownership arrangement matters to you, raise it before the scope is agreed, since that document is what determines it.
